# AI Champion Program, by Airlock

> A 12-week, founder-led program that builds internal AI delivery capacity for EU SMB and mid-market companies (starting with Belgium and Benelux, from 25 employees up). Each AI Champion delivers a prioritised set of high-impact, low-complexity workflows: useful, tested on real examples, measured against a baseline, and approved against simple governance rules. It is internal AI delivery capacity, not training, a prompt course, or a build agency. Brand line: "Less AI noise. More useful work."

## How it works

- Small programs, capped at 15 champions each, single or multi-company.
- One full-time trainer per program using paired 1:2 coaching; founder at ~0.5 FTE on strategy, use cases, ROI, and orchestration.
- Each champion ships a prioritised set of high-impact, low-complexity AI workflows, ready to use and measured against a baseline.
- Complex use cases go to the 90-day scale roadmap for outsourcing, procurement, or RFP, not built in-program.
- Model-agnostic: works with the tools you already own (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or future tools).
- Airlock is controlled AI adoption across the tools employees already use.

- A use-case portfolio, a workflow library, a champion playbook, an ROI overview, a governance checklist, and a 90-day scale roadmap.
- Internal AI capacity that stays after the program, so the AI roadmap keeps moving.
