We invoice monthly during the program, but the commitment is for the full program, not month by month. The program fee is per champion, with volume discounts per company. The AI Leadership Sprint is billed separately per leader. A Workflow Scale Sprint is billed monthly. The AI Champion Club is free. All prices exclude VAT.
The commitment is per program, not month by month. We do not pause or pro-rate a seat once a program starts, except in the case of genuine force majeure, which we handle case by case. Keeping the group intact is what makes the delivery work.
A simple agreement with the scope written in and out: in scope is out-of-the-box AI clients, workflow redesign, reusable instructions, business-user adoption, and lightweight governance. Out of scope is custom AI or model builds, bespoke apps, deep integrations, fine-tuning, and custom RAG. No custom software sits in the core price.
They are yours. During the program they live in airlock, which also runs the program: that is where champions build, run, and manage their workflows, prompts, instructions, and connector settings in one place. You can export all assets at any time, and we export everything for you at the end of the program, so the capacity stays in-house when the program ends.
