Is this training?

No. It is a delivery program with training inside. Champions ship a real workflow, not a certificate of attendance.

Which AI tool do we need?

The one you already have. We stay model agnostic: Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini all fit.

Do we need IT to lead this?

No. Business teams lead, IT sponsors and governs. That is how adoption sticks.

What if a workflow does not work?

Then it gets a stop or improve decision, with the reason recorded. No baseline, no ROI claim.

How much time per Champion?

Around 8 hours a week (advised) for 12 weeks, alongside their normal job.

What does it cost?
