Short version: we use what you share to respond to your request, send the assets you asked for, and prepare the next step with you. It is EU-hosted, GDPR-aligned, never sold, and can be removed at any time.
AI Champion Program is offered by airlock BV, a Belgian private limited company with its registered office at Colmarstraat 38, 9100 Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 1037836652. For questions about this site or your data, email info@air-lock.ai.
For the data you share through this site, airlock acts as the data controller. If you later become a customer, the signed agreement and airlock's processing terms may add more specific rules.
When you apply for the program, we collect what you enter: your name, company, work email, company size, number of Champions, number of leaders, the workflows you want to tackle first, your consent, your acceptance of the terms, and your confirmation that nominated Champions can be given the access rights needed to configure their own tools and connectors.
When you request the playbook, we collect your name, work email, consent, and source. With each form submission we also record basic technical details such as browser user agent and referrer, so we can keep the forms secure, debug problems, and limit spam.
We use your data to respond to your application or request, send the asset you asked for, prepare a scoping call, and manage the commercial conversation around AI Champion Program. We may also use the information to keep the site and forms secure.
The legal basis is consent for optional contact and requested resources, contractual steps when you ask us to discuss or prepare the program with you, legitimate interest for security and basic sales follow-up, and legal obligation where we have to retain data.
The site runs on Vercel. Form submissions are stored in Supabase and may be sent to Slack for internal follow-up. If you book a call, scheduling runs through Google Calendar. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and processing terms.
airlock's product infrastructure is EU-hosted on AWS Frankfurt. This marketing site uses the services named above for site hosting, forms, notifications, and scheduling.
We keep request and application data only as long as needed to follow up, run the program if you take part, meet legal obligations, and maintain a reasonable business record of the conversation. If nothing comes of it, you can ask us to delete your data.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. It is seen by the airlock team and the service providers needed to run the site, forms, notifications, scheduling, and customer follow-up.
Necessary cookies keep the site and forms working. For insight into how the site is used, we use Google Analytics 4. It runs under Google Consent Mode, so analytics is off by default: no analytics cookies are set and no measurement data is collected until you accept through the cookie banner. We use no advertising cookies and no retargeting pixels, and analytics data is never used for advertising.
When you accept, Google Analytics collects aggregated, pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you reached the site, so we can improve it. Google acts as our processor for this. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through , or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data. You can also object to processing, ask us to restrict processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Email info@air-lock.ai and we will handle it.
